AG MECHANICS GUIDELINE
1. LEADERS/ADVISORS:

receiving between Aug. 31st and September 1st,
2026. Exhibitors are limited to ONE entry per class.
“Any Other Items” must be identified on the entry
form.
2. Although the exhibits need not be owned by the
exhibitor, all must be the products of the students
as a regular part of their instruction in Agricultural
Mechanics. The student exhibitor must have been
at least the major contributor to the building or
repairing of the exhibit.  No entry may be shown
for more than one calendar year.  An article may
not be entered in more than one class and each
exhibitor may not enter more than one article from
the same pattern. Display cards must be filled out
and attached to each exhibit in this department,
correctly labeling the exhibit and giving a brief
summary of the student exhibitor’s project.
3. GROUP PROJECT:  Entered by FFA Chapter.
This is for projects involving 2-6 exhibitors. Please
provide all exhibitor’s names.  If the exhibit is
available to sell at auction, it must be be indicated
on display card.  Any individual can not be on more
thatn 2 group projects.  Each group is limited to 1
entry.
4. INDIVIDUAL PROJECT:  This is for projects
entered by an individual exhibitor.  If the exhibitor
is available to sell at auction, it must be indicated
on display card.  Any individual can enter up to 2
entries per class.
5. An 8% commission will be charged to the
exhibitor or chapter for all projects sold through the
auction.
6. Highest ranking available Group and Individual
projects will sell at Junior Livestock Auction.
7. Construction Cost/Project Value must be included
on display cards.
