YOUTH CONTESTS
HOBBY, CRAFT, PAINTING & DRAWING 
GUIDELINES
1. Exhibitors limited to (2) entries per class.
2. All entries must have been made or completed
by the exhibitor within the last 12 months.
3. Include exhibitor's full name as listed on entry
form on the back of the artwork.
4. Please note age and grade on entry form.
5. Construction paper matting on paintings and
drawings is encouraged.  Total size of artwork not
to exceed 12"x 18".
6. Large structures must be secured on a surface
that can be easily moved.  Mounting boards are not
to exceed 18"x 18".
7. ***NOTE*** If you are entering as an organized
youth participant, please include your age, grade,
and club information including your leader's phone
number during entry.

"HOMETOWN USA in LEGO"
Have you ever wanted to create your own 
Hometown USA?  Now is your chance to design your 
home, market, park, or even a fire station.  Let’s 
show off your building skills using your favorite 
LEGO.  Make sure not to exceed 12" in any one 
direction.  Entry must be one unit. KRAGLE or NOT 
TO KRAGLE is up to you.  WINNER receives a LEGO 
set. 1 prize per class.

Pennants are a sign of support, celebration and 
pride.  Let us display your spirit of America. Pennant 
can be crafted out of any media.  Not longer than 
18" or wider than 10". Finished pennants will be 
hung in a banner display.
