GUIDELINES
Uniquely Challenged or Assisted is for persons with 
learning disabilities, developmental or physical 
disabilities and enrolled in a group facility or adult 
day program such as, but not limited to:  Heartland, 
CIWP, Star Center, ATP, etc... Exhibitors meeting 
these qualifications are not limited to this section. 
You are encouraged to participate in the entirety 
of the Handbook at your will!  Only (2) entries per 
class per exhibitor in this department. 
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT! 
1. Decide what division(s) and class(es) you are
entering.
2. Visit maderafair.com/entry to create a user-
name to enter online.  ONLINE STILL and FLORICUL-
TURE entries are FREE until August 1st, 2026.
3. Submit online entry OR paper entry form on or
before August 25th, 2026, pay applicable entry fees.
4. Bring Exhibit on FINAL receiving days, August
31st or September 1st, 2026.  Unless specific
contest states otherwise.
