All entries must be labeled with the following: product name, processing method and length of processing time. All entries must have been prepared and canned within the last year and include the date of preparation. 2.Two standard jars, specifically for canning purposes, same size and shape are required for each entry. All jars must be thoroughly cleaned. They must have clean, standard canning lids, sealed tightly, with loosened rings. Please no rusty rings and no paraffin seals. 3. One container will be opened for judging. The other container will remain on display for duration of the fair. The opened jar may be picked up the day after judging. 4. Enter 7 pieces of dehydrated foods in a snack size zip lock bag. 5.***NOTE***If you are entering as an organized youth participant, please include your age, grade and club information including your leader's phone number.
