eight gauges are precision

heights between reference 
points. The Haas line of height gauges features 
a heavy-duty double-column design, offering 
better rigidity and accuracy than single-column 
types. Included is a carbide tipped scriber that 
can be swapped for other accessories, such as 
indicator holders, depth gauge attachments, 
and center masters. A large handwheel on the 
slider allows for smooth and easy adjustment 
of heights. The base is hardened, ground, and 
lapped for maximum flatness.
