The Haas coolant refractometer is a simple, 
easy-to-use, handheld device for determining 
the concentration of water-soluble machine tool 
coolant. Simply place a few drops of coolant on 
the refractometer’s prism, and secure the cover 
plate. Then, point the prism at a light source, focus 
the eyepiece, and read the scale. The clear color 
separation on the scale indicates the 
concentration level of the coolant.

The Haas Coolant Tank Oil Skimmer is an integrated 
solution for keeping your coolant tank free of tramp 
oils. It saves you time and money by extending 
the life of your coolant and reducing coolant 
maintenance. The skimmer installs easily and 
quickly onto the side of the Haas coolant tank.
These T-slot covers help keep the machine clean by 
preventing chips from entering the T-slot grooves, 
protecting against the buildup of grime and swarf. Made 
from high-temperature silicone, they are extremely 
durable, flexible, and long-lasting. When combined with 
our new Washdown Tool and Haas Chip Fan, they allow 
CNC operators to maintain a cleaner machine and work 
area with ease.
