EVENT AN CATERING GUIDELINES
A 25% service charge will be
added to all food and beverage
charges. Service charge is not
gratuity.
An Oregon Surcharge Fee of
0.57% will be applied. This is a
statewide voter-approved initiative
that funds Oregon school districts
through a tax on corporate
activity.
Wine Corkage Fee: $30 per
750ml bottle.
Cleaning Fee: Minimum $500 for
any event that requires excessive
cleanup.
Cater-out Fees: Begin at $15 per
person (equipment rental not
included).
Server-attended stations and
passed appetizers: $150/hour.
Bartenders:
One bartender per 75 guests
Additional bartenders
$150/hour (4-hour minimum).
One bar per 150 guests.
Chef Fee: $200 per hour.
All unapproved outside food will
incur a $500 fee. 
SERVICE CHARGE AND FEES 
BOOKING, DEPOSITS AND MINIMUMS
Minimum food and beverage sales, excluding service charges, may be required to
secure exclusive use of certain special event spaces. To reserve your event date, a
non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are needed. Once the reservation is
confirmed, 50% of the estimated balance is due six months prior to the event - or
at the time of contract signing if the event is booked within the six-month window.
The remaining balance is due three weeks before the event.
