EVENT AND CATERING GUIDELINES
MENU GUARANTEES AND COURSE SELECTIONS 
Selections are due two (2) weeks before the event. Final confirmation of the
number of guests for each event and notification of any dietary needs or allergies
is required seven days before the event. If attendance falls below the guarantee,
provided two weeks prior, the host is responsible for the number guaranteed or
the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Menu and beverage
prices are subject to change and do not include the service charge unless noted.
All prices are per person unless otherwise noted.
SIGNS AND DISPLAYS
Pre-approved signage is permitted in the registration area and the private
function areas only. Signs are not permitted in the Clubhouse or other public
areas. With advanced notice, we can prepare signage for your function at a
nominal charge.
CATERED FUNCTIONS 
Please note that Tetherow is the sole purveyor of all food and beverages for onsite
events; this includes all cakes and desserts. Due to strict Oregon food preparation
guidelines and liability issues, no food may be removed from the event. 
No outside alcohol is allowed in Tetherow event spaces, unless approved by the
event coordinator and served by Tetherow staff. 
All bars close 30 minutes before the end of the event.
To maintain food quality, buffets are displayed for one (1) hour, unless otherwise
specified.
Off-site catering to hospitality suites, vacation rental homes, or other locations is
available and includes: tables, chairs, linens, place settings, appropriate staffing,
and complete setup and tear-down. Off-site catering fees vary depending on the
event scope. A customized proposal is available upon request.
