Lela Wilhite has created a space where confidence, discipline, and artistry thrive. Through her
leadership, Lela Belles Studio of Dance has become known for its professionalism, family
atmosphere, and commitment to developing confident, well-rounded individuals while creating
unforgettable experiences for every Belle family.
Britni Wilder brings dynamic leadership, creativity, and a depth of training across multiple
dance styles to our dancers, leading Star Belles 1, Star Belles 2, and Star Belles Fusion. With a
strong eye for performance quality and precision, she plays a key role in shaping the
confidence and versatility of our dancers.
Miniya Crossen provides a strong technical foundation and artistic development as Ballet
Instructor for Star Belles 3 and Sparkle Belles, while also supporting our youngest dancers as
Assistant Instructor for Kinder Belles 1, 2 & 3. She also contributes to the continued training and
support of our Star Belles Fusion.
Tyra Washington delivers high-energy Hip Hop instruction for Star Belles Fusion, while also
contributing to the growth of our Sparkle Belles. With an extensive dance background, she
brings strong musicality, creativity, and industry-informed training .
Shannon Little nurtures and develops our youngest performers in Kinder Belles 1, 2 & 3, while
also supporting the continued growth of our Sparkle Belles. With a strong foundation in training
young dancers, she brings patience, structure, and expertise to early dance development.
Desirae Whitaker serves as Studio Manager, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio
 run seamlessly.
Pernee Brown serves as our Seasonal Studio Manager, assisting with studio operations.
Mia Wilson, our Content Manager captures and showcase the moments that bring the Lela
Belles experience to life.
Shellie Sims, our Parent Liaison & Communications Manager, plays a vital role in keeping our
families connected, informed, and supported throughout the season.
Studio Parent Support,  help create a positive and memorable experience for our dancers,
families, and Belle community throughout the season.
