Welcome to the 74th Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad’s “Clubs for a Brighter Future” Golf
Classic. We are delighted to have you as our guests, and hope you enjoy the day. 
We are pleased to celebrate a more than twenty year partnership with our title sponsor,
TaylorMade Golf Company. They, along with our signature partners, dedicated committee
members, Aviara Golf Club staff, and a cadre of volunteers, have helped to make this event one
we hope you will always remember. 
For more than 70 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad has been a second home to thousands
of youth. Club services are many, the benefits are incalculable. Today, the Boys & Girls Clubs of
Carlsbad takes care of thousands of youngsters annually. For many of these kids, the Clubhouse is
the only haven they have from every day pressures. It is an organization that is simply getting the
job done, and it is 100% supported by private donors like you. 
On behalf of the hundreds of kids who walk through the Clubs’ doors daily to work on the
computer, do their homework, laugh with their friends, swim in the pool, play in the gym, join a
sports team, and participate in positive proven programs to help them succeed in today’s world,
thank you for spending the day with us.
