Q. How do I create my own FlipBook?
All you need to do is upload your publication in PDF format, our software converts the PDF file into a fully functional pageflip in just a couple of minutes without any technical expertise required.

Q. How much does it cost?
You can create unlimited trial pageflips at no cost. If you are happy with the result and want to publish it at your own website/cd-rom/or any other medium, you can purchase your first pageflip for $67. The more publications you purchase, the cheaper it gets. Please see the pricing page for more information about discounts. You already receive 5% discount after your first purchase!

Q. What are the optimal PDF settings for the best output?
We recommend to save your PDF as an "acrobat 4 compatible" file with 72 DPI images for the best results.

Q. My pageflip is loading very slow, what can I do about it?
If your pageflip is loading slow, it's most likely in print quality. High print quality images are unnecessary for the web. Please save your PDF with 72 DPI images and you should see a drastic improvement in loading speed.

Q. How do I put the FlipBook on my website
After the payment is done, you get a zip file which contains all the converted files. This zip file is all you need to publish your magazine, brochure etc. Just extract it and upload the files to your website or burn it on a cd-rom, and it's done.

Q. Is there a minimum number of pages that a PDF must have to be converted?
The minimum pages required is FOUR pages. Anything less is not really a brochure/magazine/etc. and will look weird. There is NO maximum number of pages.

Q. All of my pages look squished, what is happening?
Please make sure that your PDF contains single pages and is not in print-spread. Print-spread files where two pages are basically combined instead of single, will result in squashed pages in the flipbook. Please ask your designer to save the PDF in single pages in order to solve this issue.

Q. What files are supplied when I purchase a pageflip?
After purchase you'll receive the following files:
- the actual pageflip in swf format
- a html file with an embed code in it as an example of how to use the pageflip
- html files with textual content for google to index
- jpg files of the pages for turning the pages
- swf files of the pages for high resolution zooming

Q. Is it possible to link email addresses in the pageflip?
You can easily add email addresses by typing the following into the link editor:

Q. Do I have to purchase a converted pageflip again after I downloaded it?
Once you made a purchase, the purchased pageflip will be downloadable as many times as you wish for 28 days. After this period the pageflip will be deleted, so make sure you download the files within 28 days.

Q. Can I get a refund in case I don't like the product?
We stand 100% behind our product. You can "test drive" it for 60 days. If you aren't thrilled with it for any reason (or no reason at all), just click on the refund link in the receipt you received after the purchase. You will get your refund back instantly without even contacting us.

Q. Can I edit, add or delete links after I purchased the pageflip?
It is always possible to edit, add or delete links, even after purchase.

Q. What is the maximum file size I can upload?
We put a maximum of 100MB into the upload-form. Files that are bigger than 100MB are most likely saved in print quality, which isn't necessary for your online pageflip. Please save your PDF with 72 DPI images in order to make it smaller.
